Registering a self-service property asks for tax registration, valid planning and building permits, a Civil Defence fire safety certificate, and your own insurance cover including fire and civil liability. Cleaning records are not part of it, and we will not pretend otherwise. What timestamped photo verification gives you is separate and still worth having: a dated record of how your property was left after every clean, for your own standards and for any dispute with a guest. Confirm current requirements with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.

When does Lemons & Linen launch?

Why is your pricing higher than some competitors?
We invest in quality systems (photo verification, team-based scheduling, dedicated operations) and back our service with the Show-Up Guarantee. Premium hosts who lose €200-1,000 per missed booking find our pricing is insurance, not luxury.
Do you serve outside Larnaca, Famagusta and Paphos?

What about the Cyprus Tourism Permit rules?

Do you clean on Sundays?
From launch, our standard schedule is Monday–Saturday. The Cyprus cleaning market broadly avoids Sundays, which is the single worst day for Airbnb hosts (Saturday check-out, Sunday changeover). We're specifically building a Sunday team and will launch the Sunday Service Guarantee in early 2027. Founder Slot holders get first allocation of Sunday slots and lock the founder Sunday rate before public pricing goes live.
What languages does Lemons & Linen speak?
Polish and English fluently. Basic Greek and Russian. WhatsApp Business available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm.
How does the Show-Up Guarantee work?
Our Show-Up Guarantee is straightforward: cleaners arrive on time (within a 30-minute window of the booked slot) and you receive at least 2 hours' notice if anything changes. We back it with a money-back promise — your next clean is 100% free (up to €100 value) if we ever fall short. Most Cyprus cleaners won't put reliability in writing. We do.
Are you insured?
Public liability cover is being arranged ahead of our October 2026 launch. Once it is in force we will provide the certificate on request. It covers damage caused by us and is not a substitute for your own property or contents insurance.
How do I book a clean?
After launch — through our online booking system. During pre-launch — fill our founders waitlist form above and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.
