Getting the property ready
Builders' final cleaning, linen, consumables and move in preparation, so the property is usable the day you arrive.
After you have left
Asset Guard scheduled property visits, supervised access for trades you have instructed, and cleaning as required.
If you are renting it out
Changeover cleaning, linen and laundry, consumables and a documented record of the condition the property was left in.

Our own teams carry out the hands on property work, cleaning, preparation and scheduled property visits, in Larnaca and Famagusta, and we are opening further areas as we grow.
